Description
- Measurement electrode
- Protected by a PVC housing to make it more rugged
This housing limits electrode breakage when it receives a shock.
To perform your pH measurement, you must use this electrode with a reference electrode (see Laboratory Reference Electrodes). The measurement electrode is the one which is sensitive to the solution's pH. The thin glass membrane at the end is sensitive to H+ ions in your sample.
Separate measurement electrodes are recommended for applications in which the pH electrode's life span is significantly shorter than the life span of the reference electrode. The rugged design of this electrode can be used for accurate measurements in all types of application.
- Universal glass which provides accurate measurements up to pH 12
- Versions with various connection technologies are available for adaptation to your instruments
For further technical details, please read the sales brochure on the electrodes and/or contact us.
